A local client is in need of a Senior Software Configuration Manager for a 6 month contract to hire.Job Description:The Senior Software Configuration Manager is responsible for the maintenance of the source code repository and for the deployment of the code from that repository. Version control for the source code is the Senior Software Configuration Manager's responsibility, as is the training of all those who use the version control system to ensure proper use. He/she is also responsible for the maintenance of each deployment environment server's readiness for the code that will be deployed on them.
